University foundations: Two masters?

The state College Board looking into the $1.2 million transfer of Mississippi State University alumni and friend donations to the Bulldog Foundation from the MSU Foundation in 2004 is raising hackles, but perhaps for the wrong reasons....

Whoops. Wrong article. This is the correct one. The quote:  ". . . it should be required by law that donors - who and how much - are public, and also what is paid for what." My response: AMEN!
