I recommend that until you have full assurance that all press releases submitted to you from USM are accurate in every detail, they be placed in the "opinion" section of your paper rather than printed in the news or editorial sections.

For at least the last three years, the Student Printz has done a better job of investigative reporting than the Hattiesburg American. Is it the editorial leadership, the reporters, or both?

This is true. Mere teenagers were doing a better job than what are supposed to be seasoned professionals. H-A--get with it. We'll all nominate you for a Pulitzer and call you world class if you start actually reporting.
