Suppose SFT, through some miracle, vacates the office of president.
What then?
With Klumb ruling the board, is there any chance that they could hire someone competent?
If someone competent is hired, could he (or she) repair all of the bad will? Could he get the faculty, alumni, staff, and athletics on his side? Could he remove the dead wood? Could he begin to repair the reputation of USM? Could he make USM have that family feel, that was the key reason for many of us to go there in the first place?
Could he or she have the cojones to play hardball with the IHL?
Couldn't Jay Grimes just triple his job? Maybe get three houses out of the deal, too. Sounds like the very thing Roy Klumb would like to turn Roy Klumb's snapping fingers loose on.
