you are not alone. count me among the damaged ones who left usm. there are others like us out there. if you are at the beginning of your career do not let your usm experiences wreck it. if you are toward the end of your career count yourself lucky to have escaped in one piece. i hope all of you find happiness and professional satisfaction elsewhere.
