Vandy has this incredible deal for faculty members and staffers where, after you've worked here for 5 years, you can either:  1) send up to 3 kids to Vandy for 70% off (you pay 30%) or 2) they will pick up 70% of the tab at any other college/university for 3 kids.  There are some other deals in it, too, (they pay 100% if the the tuition is below $2000).  I have to say that, as a mother of 2, it was one of the real incentives to work here.  You can check out the details here:
