I have talked to at least 10 people so far and the raises have ranged from 3% to about 10%.  For the average to be around 4%, there has to be alot of zeros out there.  Anyone have anymore info?

Somebody told me in jest that the raise letters provide the faculty member with a choice: $400.00 or a bus ticket out of town. As a former colleage used to say, "Get along or git along."
