Has anyone else heard that the "average" raise was about 4%? It will be helpful to learn averages as well as the range of raises on campus.

Was 4% allotted to each of the colleges based on the salary budget for each individual college or was 4% of total salary across the university divvied up on a head count percentage basis?

Don'te know, but I would suspect that the raise monies were not distributed equally across all colleges.  Just my hunch.

I know there won't be equal percentages across depts. in CoST. All depts. were rated and ranked to levels 1 to 4. I assume colleges will also be ranked.
