...Wow, this edition went so smoothly, I don't know what to say. The staff is really pulling together and proving to be one of the best ever.

We won't print on Tuesday. But, Thursday's issue will be devoted to crime in Hattiesburg. Also, expect a story about Robert Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice.

One last note. I recieved a book from a local author claiming to be a former professor in Biloxi. The book seems to be an allegory concerning the events surrounding the Thames controversy of legend. More to come...
