Some people with AOL accounts are not able to register, as with some Comcast addresses. You may want to try an Excite or Yahoo account as these are working ok.

When you register, an email is automatically sent to the address you give. You must acknowledge the email to be registered. Some people may be making typos in the email or else failing to acknowledge the message.
