The math department at Hattiesburg is only offering 2 sections of 099 at the present time. Section 07 and section 08. The others are set with 0 enrollement cap in case demand requires us to add a new section. This way all we have to do is change the enrollment cap rather than go through the formal procedure of creating a new class which takes much longer to accomplish.
