CRP, pronounced CREEP, was the committee to re-elect the president (Nixon).  That is not what is happening here.   Rather, as LVN has heard, it's recognition on the way out and there will probably be more of the same over the next year.  Despite my support for the BSA, I will be sending my regrets.
