You've neglected to mention that I've offered friendship, peace, common cause, and you've continued what other's have clearly noted as "I don't understand Andrea's position with you at all." I don't either. She hasn't been truthful telling me.
If you told me the messages you've gotten about me and gave me a chance to respond, you might begin to have a notion of what you call the truth. And I would have an opportunity to give my side. A common courtesy.
When did we meet? What happened to make you so upset? Did I catch you cheating on an exam? You said you're truthful, tell me. And while you are at it, be truthful telling me what you have heard from others. You're claiming to be truthful, do it and have the decency to allow my response. If you choose to do it in a private correspondence, I've offered that to you, too.
What is your pleasure? Whatever, keep in mind, as I've said to you before, if I don't countenance nonesense from Thames, Grimes, Doty, or Posey, why in God's name would I put up with your public nonesense?

We think you are at the heart of USM's tawdry exposure. Keep it coming."
Let's parse this, shall we?
A note to Andrea Hewitt: You and I have never met.
Yes, we have, actually. Many moons ago when I still worked at USM. The following message from a highly respected non-CoB faculty raises a question many wonder about.
The question being....my position with regards to you? (this is my assumption, since you are not clear here). I have stated my position with regards to you on this board many times. I don't like the way you have attempted to hijack this board, nor do I like the way that you have insulted all of us by stating that our efforts were futile in helping Frank and Gary. A little board history lesson would go a long way with you.
Without your trademark allusions, like delusions of grandeur, be truthful.
I have been nothing but truthful with you...what are you referring to here?

I love how you invoke a "highly respected non-COB professor" without naming her/him. As far as we know, you made all of this up to lend credence to your own position (the wording of this supposed email is eerily familiar, I must point out).
You are not fooling anyone, Andrea.
And who do you think I'm trying to fool? Longtime board posters? They know me (many in real life). You? Hardly. And what exactly am I doing to attempt to "fool" someone? I think you like to "manufacture" boogeymen, and simply because I stated publicly what so many others think (I won't post all of the emails/private msgs about you that I've received because, frankly, your actions speak louder than anyone else's words), you've "targeted" me. Enjoy your "virtual" fun while you can...I'm about through with being your manufactured boogeyman.

I am not quite sure what this poster is asking?. If the questioner is asking, can we agree to disagree without violence, the answer is yes. If the questioner is asking, can we all agree with one view of the world, the answer is no.
You're getting very philosophical now, Cossack. Why do we have so many different world views? Are we getting different inputs from the world (different programming) or are we being told different stories that are never verified? I think we were just told different stories. Some stories have partial verification in very limited ranges, such as democratic capitalism.

Of course, it could be that some of us refuse to spend others' money to further our own personal agenda, while others of us will spend as much of others' money as we can to make our personal agenda come true.

Dr. DePree, you have your own website. Please take your accusations over there.
Truth, you have already said you would stop on your end.
I've asked for peace several times. I welcome your intercession. You have my promise to end comments with Andrea. I appreciate access to the Board and will abide by your recommendation.

I simply get frustrated with those who have no sense of history, and no manners. What is the phrase? "Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it." I'm sure Googler or another board friend will be correcting my memory here shortly.
