What is the latest on this?  Frank sued saying he was ousted from his USM job after participating in the cabal that unseated Fleming.  He later fell out with Thames, Nicholson and others in this cabal.  Then he was fired.  He sued.  What is the latest on this?

This is the tentative date which will probably get moved to the future. There are many Kim Chaze cases against USM pending or settled on the court calendar.

Does anyone know or can anyone guestimate, how much money Kim Chaze has made through his USM cases over the years? Isn't his practice almost exclusively USM driven?
