She won't lose. She's pretty unassociated with this place now. This situation gives hopes to others.

I understand that she has already lost, even on some appeals.

Misinformed? is misinformed. The appeals had nothing to do with the real merits of her case. She will have her day in state court, and I for one am hoping she brings USM to its knees.

i'll be waiting for a trial date. there isn't one yet in the forrest county court, which is where the case will be heard. '07 and '08 are getting booked.

The trial date will happen. They have tried to delay everything unsucessfully. It hasn't worked. I am doing well and looking forward to the jury making a decision on my lawsuit. What is being said about appeals is not true. If you work at USM and feel dismayed - there is still hope. I can't post much - but I read this MB every few days.
