Either that or the leaders of an effort to incorporate Oak Grove hired the job done so's the folks in Lamar County would know how vital it is that they incorporate so that they not ever be annexed by the clowns in Hattiesburg.
 
Or, the African-American members of the Hattiesburg City Council instigated the process to exacerbate white flight, thereby increasing their own political power base.
 
Or a bunch of white punks on drugs had nothing better to do on a Thursday night.
