It looks like Ryan and Doty created a very hostile work environment for Pickering. Chaze is going to nail the defendants to the wall. If USM/Thames don't settle this one, woe be unto them. Please Lord, tell Shelboo not to settle. Tell him settling would be "wrong."

His massive ego will not allow him to settle - even though it would be the smart thing to do.
Shelby, if you are a Red Blooded American Male and have any guts at all, you will go to court on this one. Don't let that little weasel kick you aroung.

Y'all livin dangerous here, dangerous. Watch this all with pretendin to be the Lord. He's got His eye on Shelby and 'em, on all of 'em. He don' care to be mocked. He works in mysterious ways, ain't ya'll already seen it? He just don' get in a hurry like us chillrn wants Him to. They all have to stand at the Throne. Every lie, every hurt, every dollar stole, all gonna come into the light.
But it's be nice if Mr. Pickering really got the goods, now, wouldn't it?
This reminds me of an old joke concerning two schools in a neighboring state.
Back when Pat Dye was still coaching at Auburn, the Iron Bowl became the deciding factor in which school would represent the SEC in the Sugar Bowl. Bama would have to win, while a tie would send Auburn to the Sugar Bowl.
With only a few seconds remaining on the clock & trailing by 3 points, Auburn advanced to the Bama 10 yard line. Dye was beside himself -- kick a field goal for the tie or go for the touchdown.
So he took it to the Lord.
"Lord, what shall I do? Field goal or try for the touchdown."
And the Lord replied, "A tie will never do in this game. Go for the touchdown."
So Dye calls a pass play. The pass is deflected by an Alabama defender. Auburn loses by 3 & Alabama goes to the Sugar Bowl.
After the game, Dye asks the Lord, "Why did you tell me to go for a touchdown when a field goal would've gotten us into the Sugar Bowl?"
The Lord answers, "I dunno. Bear, why did we tell him to go for the touchdown"...
