Remember what Myron said about qualifications and understanding our situation?  Exline has alot of executive experience in healthcare before getting her doctorate and changing to healthcare.  She has over 20 years of managerial experience.  Don't get hung up on years in rank.  Look for true abilities and track record.  I have attended several executive cabinet meetings for my projects and you would be amazed what she is doing behind the scenes.

I know several people have asked her about being president.  She is not interested, I've heard.  On the other hand, she just turned down a CEO position for a hospital because she didn't like the location.  She will be very selective about her next position, I'm told.  She isn't looking for leftovers and you shouldn't see her that way.

I am not saying she is clearly the one.  But, she should be part of the pool.  I would rather have her than a general!  The last thing we need is to be run like the military.
