Well, Shelby backed down on his promise not to make the PUC a public relations too.  Margie Barbie Doll was in her glory. Who would have thought we'd miss Lisa?

Very boring agenda.  Lots of marketing spin from Jepson.  Most in attendance were rolling thei eyes.  PUC was supposed to be about issues, not public relations and marketing.  Get the hook!
