A lot of discontent created by a dean whose highest position before coming here was as an associate professor at a school best known for atheletics.

Maybe this explains why Dean Doty is wasting money to remodel the part of Joe Green Hall that he uses?

While he's remodelling, how about getting the heatig and airconditioning fixed in the rest of the building?

I like your last line. Humorously, I heard a story the other night about your dean's use of the phrase. It seems a new business professor went into his office and asked about the sizable increase in insurance premiums, and was told by your dean not to worry, that he was working on it.

Do deans have control over insurance premiums? I think not....//

C'mon guys. Take it easy on the dean. Whatever your problem may be, he's working on it. He'll never get it fixed and will probably make it worse, but he is WORKING ON IT.
