Given that many people can't leave because of PERS retirement, family factors, or a tight market in their area, is USM getting to the point that some positions are already being filled for the second time? There seem to be a number of faculty with three or fewer years who are leaving. Does anyone have knowledge of multiple turnovers of a single position?
