Prof. Goodman addresses these topics: The Search Change, The Good Things, The Weaknesses, The Issue of Confidentiality, Secrecy, An Additional Point (on the FS president sending names to the outside agency), and a list of around three dozen other schools and the search processes used there (to counter the Commissioner's claim that the MSU search process follows a national trend).
