So the best Eustachy can do this year (pre-CUSA tourney) is 20-32??? If they run the table this year, USM can be above .500 and in the NCAA tournament?
Next time, try a bigger font in your text. Maybe color if you know HTML.. For some reason, I can't get your point. Maybe I'm an idiot...why yes, that must be it!
In all honesty, I was never a fan of the Coach James Green but also realize he was dealt a short hand to begin with. I just don't enjoy defensive-based basketball. With that said, Green was never given appropriate resources to succeed in D-1A, and I realize that.
The jury's still out on our new coach. I'll reserve my opinion on him until I can dissect the next 2 years' expenditures vs. our performance during the same period. Right now, there's not enough data to make an appropriate comparison. I hope that people will give him a chance, as he is an outsider and there sure is a lot of prejudice against outsiders at USM (part of the problem with Green as well). I sure felt it as a student (not being from the area). You're missing out!
And yes, I'm still an idiot. But an opinionated one with a good deal of university experience.
