numerosity--the 25% figure was not incorrect. at the time enrollment was first compared (spring 05 to spring 06), the numbers were from january 6th (i think). people that provide such numbers insist on comparing data from the same, identical point. the problem is january 6th a year ago was at the end of regular registration, but january 6th this year was just a day--even soar wasn't open for those students who wanted to enroll because we started class a week later. once enrollment opened up on january 9th, the enrollment picture didn't look as bad. i talked to any number of undergraduate and graduate students who procrastinated and enrolled the week of the 9th to the 13th.
