What ever happened to the Malissa Whiting (spelling?) case?

The probability of USM being named in such a high percentage of the total litigations cited in this list has to be due to something other than chance.

Did you notice how many USM cases are "Reset for x/x/08 " or "To be continued"? It doesn't look like any will go to trial while SFT is in office.

It's in the hands of the Federal Judges. They had some sort of oral argument in Plano Texas in Sept. but don't know the outcome of that.

That one has really been delayed. I hope I live to hear the outcome.

USM has about pulled out every delay trick that they possibly can. From what I hear it was a tumultuous courtroom in Plano with the defense attorneys getting way too emotional. They're running out of time, and it tends to make desperate people act even more stupidly. Chaze is confident about this one. It looks like he'll be spending more time in MS than in his NH home.
