There were some Robert's Rules experts there who said that you didn't have to vote to have secret ballot, just need a motion to do so. Doty seemed dismayed at the prospect of not being able to record everyone's vote. I voted "yes" anyway.

Yes, two of them sat near me. They both voted for it. They also carried proxies.
