Seems like yet another attempt by local business leaders to run the show.  Makes me feel very confident, for these guys have done such a good job up to now.  Who's decision was it anyway that the local chamber of commerce (is the ADP not a fancy name for just that) gets to "make the plan"?  Should this not be in the hands of our properly elected officials?
