As a displaced participant on this board it appears that the fight is over. Some of us on the coast have had good reason to not have participated recently and I know that many of you in H'burg have also been displaced.

It just appears to me, after I have been able to review recent postings, that there is no fight left in many of the old time posters to this board.

CIRCLE THE WAGONS.....CONTINE OUR FIGHT......

Many of the regular posters live in areas of Hattiesburg which still do not have phone or cable service. I use dial-up at a relative's home, which seriously limits my participation on the board. It's impossible to get a new DSL or cable modem line right now. Phone service in the Avenues area will be out another month, according to one person who lives over there. My cable line is still in the yard.

Not exactly sure where Mutual Acquaintance lives, think it may be out a ways. Possibly no phone or cable if it's where I'm thinking.
