Many have posted that the USM situation is known all over.   It appears to be true. 


Our best faculty members have had no trouble getting other, significantly better positions. I think EP's propensity to change jobs every four years is catching up with him. He's never stayed long enough in an administrative position to deal with the consequences of his decisions.
