Does anyone know the membership of the appeals committee for the faculty cuts?

I understand the hearings start very soon.

Deans from each college plus rep from academic council, faculty senate, graduate council, the coast campus and ombudsman. Most are scientists I hear.

If the committee members are reps from these standing committees, it is merely fortuitous that some (many?) are from Science and Technology.  Where are the service providers from the other colleges? 

Will the new procedure of tapping these positions for such committees (including appeals, APG, and UPC) dampen faculty enthusiasm for serving in leadership roles?
