I checked the USNews&World Report to see if the new rankings were available.  The link below gives the 2005 ranking for 'preimum online" uses.  But is this the new ranking or last year's?  Can any subscribers out there answer/explain?

I believe you are still seeing last year's issue.  The website for USN&WR indicates the 2006 edition will be available on August 19, 2005 but can be pre-ordered now.
