Nice to know that there are wack jobs everywhere. By the way, USM has done better than it deserved over time with respect to hiring because of spousal hires.

Hasn't USM maintained one or two employment opportunities for the spouses of its administrators? Although those hirings probably didn't come under the nepotism category because there was probably no direct supervision, there has been a surprising number of such appointments.
