Version II tomorrow/Friday

Version II of the "Doty is out" story will play out over the next 60 hours.  If nothing happens, the final version (the one most often heard) will occur over the first 3 and 1/2 weeks of August.

Don't know about Doty, but the outgoing economics chair is like Private William Santiago.  He hasn't packed a single bag or made even one phone call, and The Admiral is moving in there in about 24 hours.

I'm hearing that CoB faculty believe that HD is monitoring their e-mails.

Anybody who is still using campus email for anything important deserves to be monitored. (I'm sorta being facetious, but I thought it was a given that we assume everything is monitored.)

Doty is not out, he's in.  He's defeated Thames on several occasions by now.  I heard yesterday that Doty is going to put the kibash on the troublesome accounting professor in the COB as well.

Today is the first day of Version II.  Tomorrow the last.

A new chair steps up tomorrow as well.  Weird things are coming for them.

Would you call the convergence of SACS, US News & World Reports, a one-year contract extension, and a fed-up university community a quatrain wreck?
