This past week, I had the privilege of chatting with an administrator from East Mississippi's Golden Triangle campus in Columbus. She told me that a significant number of their students rent apartments in Starkville, get "the Mississippi State experience" for free, and enroll at EMCC-GT for pennies on the dollar in tuition.

(Of course, I had to ask if their mommas & daddies thought they were enrolled at MSU...)

So, are there a lot of kids in H'burg enrolled at PRCC-Forrest County who basically have apartments amongst the USM students & get "the university experience" for a cut rate?
