Pretty good odds that is "Longleaf" which (IIRC) belongs to Warren Hood, originally built by the Bass family. He rents it out for meetings like that. If that's the place, it's a great location for a retreat. And importantly, it is NOT in another state!

"Hunting lodge" is a bit misleading. It isn't a "deer camp" by a long shot.
