If you go to the article and click on the "Print This Story", you will find that the date of the article is November 19‚ 2004. To the best of my knoweldge, deCasal is Asst. Dean and Prof in the Office-Ed & Psych.

Those are familiar themes.

Also, the story suggests that Winthrop's administration engages in "world class" bragging about the Ed programs there.

Anybody know what she is being paid by Pierce? I scanned SOARS and didn't see that she teaches here.
