Actually, Aramark is working WITH the Charcoal room to help them train their students. Aramark likes the Charcoal room (in the sense they are developing the future leaders of the industry) and they have a good relationship.

Speaking of pigs, I think an appropriate menu item at the Powerhouse would be "A Pig in a Blanket," you know, the little weenie or sausage wrapped up in dough. Guess who it would be named after?
