How about a hot rumor concerning the mayor's race this morning?

Here's the rumor floating around H'burg today. It seems that the attack ads in the GOP primary that were launched at Davis and Rowell, that they each denied responsibility for, may have in fact been the work of Hattiesburg political activist Nathan Jordan.

As far as I know there is no proof, as of yet, that Jordan is responsible. But, there sure is a lot of smoke coming from Jordan's direction. For those who are not familier with Jordan, he is a longtime friend, business associate and political advisor of Johnny Dupree. Jordan is not "officially" working for the Dupree campaign this year.
