LVN is correct that many posters are not USM faculty, some posters are, some left for much greener pastures because of the SFT Nazi regime, some are students, some are alumni, some are community supporters. What brings us together is our love for the institution that many of us worked so hard to make the great university it was pre-Thames. This is not the way American public institutions are run. American public universities embrace and practice shared governance and many university presidents respect , support, and belong to AAUP. SFT has managed to destroy the institution some of us spent our careers working at USM and working harder than "an honest day's work for an honest day's pay." So...how long have you been at USM and what are you... if not a troll?

Excellent! Then I'll have maximum time for my research. My current topic is "The Effect of Gravity on Falling Sandwich Meats." In this groundbreaking paper, I test Olive Loaf against Bologna to see which falls faster when dropped from the press box at the Rock. Do the slices of olives impede or accelerate the process? I can't wait to find out!!

By the way, I already have ideas for studies involving other lunch meats, but I am waiting for a Pastrami Accelerator so that I can conduct studies on cured meats.
