The reader will note that enrollment growth at USM from 1999 to 2004 was only 7.2% while Ole Miss grew 24.5%. What they didn't say is that the total FTE growth at USM over the past two years is about 1%. That suggests that most of the USM growth over the past two years preceeded the current administration. It appears that all the bluster about enrollment growth is just smoke and mirrors. Surely the IHL has the picture.

But there are those among us who would say that is exactly the picture the IHL would like to see.
