Will the fried cats be the beginning of a crackdown? Blame the dead cats, not the bozos who failed to seal the box properly?
This could be interesting if anybody gets a good photo of cat baiting, or cat trapping. The feral cat support group should argue that the cats are keeping down the rodent population that would otherwise be frying the circuits, as a suicidal squirrel did a few years back.
Well, I like blaming the cats better than some of the innocent people who have not been able to defend themselves. However, it could be debeted by the Humane Society that it is better to blame people than the cat who got their tongue because it is normal for cats to steal tongues.
sorry, that should be debated not debeted. That is what happens to people who get in a hurry. They not only run right over people they spell words incorrectly and other horrible things.
Wisconsin is considering legalizing the hunting of feral cats. Perhaps a Hattiesburg ordinance is in order. Slogan: "Load your guns -- our time is now!"

Yes, the cats at least obtained to defend themselves. Right? And the innocent people (oxymoron if there were never of one) would have to be allowed to defend itself. We must publish the armor of cat to each one that can prove his innocence. And while the humanitarian society is debate (and thus they make little that is the function of a humanitarian society) they would have to discuss what is that people steal normally.
While I am slightly confused by the previous post, I should like to note that Mlle de Guerre has been distressed over the cat situation at USM. Herself a responsible pet owner, Mlle de Guerre does not comprehend people who abandon their cats thinking they can fend for themselves. They can somewhat, but only by preying upon songbirds and other wildlife.
Mlle. de Guerre is the proud owner/friend of a lovely gentleman cat named Dominique whose paws never touch the earth, and who has had the appropriate surgery. He lives indoors and dines on Cat Chow rather than mockingbirds. (I too was surprised when I learned that D. ate regular Cat Chow -- I rather expected he would be given pate' or something exotic. However, Mlle de Guerre feels that regular cat food is best. It goes without saying that Dervish eats Mighty Dog.)
USM's feral cats eat well too. Never forget that postman one tore into. Most of them have been trained as attack cats by adminstration. It is good for economic developement because businesses will know that they are safe and well protected as long as they use odorless paint. Feral cats don't like the smell of paint. They will attack when they smell it.

Yes, but you can't blame administration too much. How are they to keep up with the goings on around campus if everybody stops using phones and email. Using the regular mail could be very bad for economic development. Stamps only cost a pittance when you compare them to the cost of computers and phones not to mention the cost of operations. The worst part though is that snail mail isn't "wurl class."

Whatever you decide on for bait, make sure it wears a skirt.
