You are correct, Georgia Peach. Last spring the Faculty Senate added back to the Administrative Evaluation an evaluation of both Provosts and the President. Each evaluation is sent to the person evaluated and their superior. The President's evaluation was sent to him and the IHL Board in spring 2004. The Senate also keeps a copy of Provost and President evaluations, but they are not made public.
We have just completed the evaluation for spring 2005. The report of the committee will be given at todays F.S. meeting. I suspect that Dr. Beckett has already sent this year's evaluation of the President to the Board.

Yes, but the report only contains how many faculty participated in the evaluation of each person. The results are possessed by F.S. President and are not shared with the whole Senate, if the sealed results are even opened by F.S. President. As I said before the results of all evaulations, including, annual evaulations of faculty and staff are confidential and not made public. This is another reason why public votes of confidence/no confidence are so important.
