I'm hearing from my CoB associates that many in Green Hall believe Doty may have accepted an offer already.  The most used word by them is "disengaged."  Apparently they view his recent behavior as a sign he's already gone.  Can any CoBers enlighten the rest of us?

One thing about Doty is that he is all about putting layers of separation between himself and students, faculty, and staff. His policy is disengagement. After his first-semester debacle, he backed off and hides in his office reading this board. Not a sign that he's gone to me, just business as usual. Maybe he'll post and dispell the rumors.
