When did USM complete its substantive change review for distance learning?

Thanks for the update, Cheeser. These must be fairly new. I've about exhausted my knowledge of CE, think I'll cease commenting on it, except to say that done well it's a huge boon to students, done poorly it's a scam and a cheat.

True. I should have clarified this in my earlier post. But, importantly, LIS has always done it right and has run their own show--that is, it wasn't run through CE.
