Referring to the President's Council:

" 'The Council meets once a month to express concerns and distribute information.  My goal is that the same information will be taken out into the university and distributed to departments,' said Thames."

He's got a plan and a message and he wants it distributed?  He's missed the boat (or the plane, in his case) when 90+% of the faculty experts are not on board with the plan and have no confidence in him.  He's not listening.

I won't even get into the next quote where he says he's sending out a letter every two weeks regarding campus issues.
