"Grotesque" is EXACTLY the right word for Thames's repeated assertion that he is "having fun." That expression, under the circumstances, precisely reveals his egotism and pettiness.

I find it outrageous that Tiny Thames would say, "I'll stay so long as I am having fun, and I am having fun." He must think this is funny to everyone else, his actions destroying USM. Of course, the board has been at this since before Fleming left. He warned us but we didn't listen. Tiny's attitude is insulting!

I rather think he is mad. Someone who repeats himself in the face of nearly universal public rejection with "as long as I am having fun" is at the least unstable, at the most deranged and sadistic. Did you see him on WDAM tonight? He looked scary and unhealthy. More so than usual.
