Wonder which ones we will see this year?

I think if there are any that come up that were filed since 2002, that would be more public negative publicity for ole SHelboo!! The Time is Now!!

21?!! out of a total 40?!! Isn't that an amazingly high number for any istitution?
Are the 21 all ex or current employees of USM? I know one is Melissa Whitting,
but do we have any idea who the rest are?

STM, I thought Melissa Whitting's case was due to come up in January. Then I heard February. Has it been moved again? I hope they don't settle; I want the public trial.

whitings case, as i understand it, is in the federal court. wouldn't be listed in the district docket.

I will never simply settle. I've moved on, but my beliefs about justice will never allow me to settle. I was supposed to go to court Feb. 14. It's been delayed since Kim and I are pushing a point with the Federal Courts that is meaningful. To quote Tom Petty, "and I won't back down" for there "is no easy way out" so "I'll stand my ground". I am doing much better than those dark days in the fall of 2001. I'm nobody's fool, and I'll never sell out to SFT and his cronies.

This is all I can say right now. Thank you for your faith. I love USM, and I miss everyone except a few CISE members and the university's current prez. Jesse Palmer, I am all the better because of your guidance. No Quarter. My friends, I'll keep you informed in my own way. A cloud has finally lifted. No Quarter. I will not settle.
