Take a look at USM's IE webpage -- at some point in the last few hours/day, they've removed the link to the so-called "strategic plan" (amid the criticism leveled here and elsewhere).  Note that there remains a link in the graphic on the top of the page, but the text link in the body of the page is gone.

Looks like they deleted the "strategic plan" on Monday.  (Unless the notice at the bottom of the page is deliberately backdated...)


Does anyone have a copy of what was posted on December 8th?  I'd like to replace the now-dead link in my Liberty and Power post with a link to a version that people can still access.  (I can put it on my own server.)


Watch out for the 1999 strategic plan disappearing, too.  As it was a PDF, I downloaded the whole file just in case.

It's amazing how the element of trust has almost completely disappeared. On campus, and now off campus.
