Trevino was in business went to Wash. State-Pulman...don't know exactly the nature of that lawsuit...I think they wouldn't let him take his office couch with him or something.

I think his case is more about not getting some financial reimubursements and other issues cleaned up, plus charges of racial discrimination during employment.

The John Trevino case appears to have been filed in the Eastern District of Louisiana.  JT Martin is a Washington DC firm.  IHL minutes indicate the JT Martin bills at $300/hour and that the required Louisiana attorney from Adams and Reese bills at $265.
