at our supper club last night, i got some pretty good ribbing(msu,om,lsu,tulane, etc,etc alumni are the other members) i am the only usm alum in the group

i was able to turn the conversation quickly to the coaching problems at ole miss

even though i am no longer in mississippi, i made the point that usm problems were far less important that the problems our sister institution has at the present time.

needless to say there were some laughs but i am not sure if they were at my explanation or about my beloved usm

on a serious note: it is becoming somewhat of an embrassment to reveal the source of my undergraduate degree....my letter is going to haley today!!
