No Bowl for UM/MSU = Mad IHL

Perhaps the IHL should have a Football Commissioner rather than a Higher Education Commissioner.

Will USM get a bowl bid? I thought they were having a pretty good year.

Well, they've kinda fallen apart the past 2 weeks. Or maybe they simply played a couple of teams that were better. Next week, they'll probably get skewered by TCU. If they don't win at least one more game -- and UAB isn't a given, while California is probably a foregone conclusion -- they will get no bowl bid.

If USM doesn't win another game or two & fails to get a bowl bid, none of the IHL board members will get to sit in a skybox at a bowl game courtesy of your tax money & mine. And that, of course, is not a good thing.
